   I’ve been in a relationship with my boyfriend for over 2 years. I’m having a hard time dealing with the fact that he doesn’t like PDA. He “doesn’t feel the need to show ANYBODY that I’m his”, and that “WE EACH know it and that’s all that matters.” Also, he feels that because he’s told me that he loves me, he doesn’t feel the need to say it often. He feels that “Actions speak louder than words.” And he shows me he loves me and that I “should know that (he loves me)”, he shouldn’t have to say it all the time. Sometimes I feel like he’s embarrassed to be my boyfriend. He says that he doesn’t understand my need to be validated in public. We are a bi-racial couple and sometimes I wonder if that’s why he acts the way he does. Am I wrong to feel this way? Wrong in needing these things from him?
